The final update is here! and on such a synchronous day too! sorry for taking so long, many things last year slowed things down for me significantly, but I trucked though and have completed the update, this update changes the dynamic of the game with the addition of a new playable character.

A new male lead comes to the action! if you have played vary first version of Vortex The Pretty on the panda3d forums, you may have notice the missing male lead, he’s back! and in human form, yes, Victor The Pretty, Vortex’s brother returns in this update, changing the game’s dynamic from your a magical girl with her girlfriends trapped in a strange world to a “Jack and Jill” mischievous sibling duo with some friends in a strange world.

Also I have rebuilt the title screen, so this update now features a title screen, also animations have been improved again! the HUD from whirligig willies have been rebuilt for this update, so proper stamina and health are now in the game as well as lives!

Cutscenes have been improved a bit, Malena’s design has been changed to make her look more like a Japanese Magical Girl Anime Character, Kylee also saw a redesigned in this update, where she has has been changed to look like a classic Japanese Majokko Anime Character, the world breakdown sequence has been redesigned so it slowly loses it’s color rather then instantaneously goes colorless.

Well, thats all, I have not tested the windows and linux versions of the game sadly, but I will release the update for those versions in good faith that hopefully they work as intended, anyway have a good day everyone!
